$500 deposit required before even seeing an apartment. I ended up LOSING my $500 for not renting the unseen apartment.If you’re moving here to be closer to work at the hospital, job security isn’t what it seems. I lived 2 hours away & was moving to work at the hospital.All my stuff was in storage in Glens Falls waiting for an apartment here when I was terminated suddenly.I lost storage costs, gas expenses spent moving my belongings there, my hard earned $500 deposit at the worst possible time when I needed it most & any trust I had in the human race.It was too good to be true & I feel taken advantage of by not getting my $500 returned to me in my time of need.

Neighbors are loud well into the evening and all of the walls are paper thin. Quiet hours are not enforced and management will not answer emails for days. I am typing this as I attempt to sleep on my couch because my neighbors are so loud next door that I can’t sleep in my own bed. Trust me, do NOT rent here. My friend on the third floor Is experiencing the same issue with the paper-thin walls and lack of management doing anything about enforcing their rules. There are other apartments that allow dogs where management is responsive and caring, as well as neighbors that are respectful. Do not subject yourself to the torture of living here.

I've lived here for four years...the first three years was under "WEST SIDE MANAGEMENT "....BEAUTIFUL ATMOSPHERE...WELL RUNNED...LOVED IT...THIS PAST YEAR "CASSHILL DEVELOPMENT " TOOK OVER...DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME...THEY HAVE LET A BEAUTIFUL PLACE GO DOWNHILL...
