So, you know, you hear things about Au Bon Pain, it's such a cool little slice of a French Bistro in America. You see them in high end hotels, in NYC, in international airports, sometimes with lines of patiently waiting customers, and you wonder just how good can it be. Due to COVID I get that there is limited menu and seating but shouldn't there be more sanitation and cleaning as well? I sat in one of the main hospital waiting chairs for 3 hours watching people sit at the open tables and not once in that 3 hours did i see and employee clean or sanitize those tables. This is located in a hospital where those kinds of procedures should be in place.

Ive eaten here at the hospital several times, mostly as a patient (unfortunately). But as a 'patient waiter' waiting for someone else, the food is a bit pricey, and in my experience, AWESOME. ðŸ˜‰. The staff has been great, and the Panini's are the perfect comfort food when you need comfort the most. Also, being in the hospital, all kinds of healthcare professionals eat here, which is comforting as well.
