Wonderful meal here for our 10th Anniversary, wonderful staff/service!
If you’re NOT looking for a delicious, hand crafted- farm to table plate, chefs that greet you at the door, a cool vibe atmosphere, modern/funky/fun cocktails/mock-tails, (did I mention delicious menu?) this is not the place for you. For an out of towner, hoping to go home with stories of great food, drinks and fun- this place tops my list for Glens Falls. Don’t eat here if you don’t appreciate good food!
we did the Thanksgiving to go this year for my family. Everything was absolutely amazing and delicious even my two toddlers love it. they especially loved the dessert, and they loved the other food too. we appreciate y'all for cooking a thanksgiving for the community

Nice epicurean vibe in this informal and dusky establishment. I had the country sourdough bread with cherry chocolate butter and braised pork cheek over polenta with beet slaw. Detailed and obscure wine and beer selections.

farmacy catered our event. providing the chef onsite. The food was amazing and abundant. The chef worked very hard to make sure the food was perfectly cooked and service well-timed. He even delivered our cake from another vendor and saved us the delivery fee. Highly recommend working with them if you have a special event to plan.

Had a superb meal here in Sept 2024. We sat at “the chef’s counter” with a group of 5 (and shared). The food was very, very tasty and prepared by the chef’s team right in front of us. It is always so enlightening to sit at a chef’s counter to remind me how hard the kitchen team works to bring you tasty food rapidly. The wine list was also well curated with many interesting selections. We started with 2X blistered shishitos with pesto aioli. The peppers were done to perfection and the aioli was a welcome change from the common sriracha mayo that is so often served with them. The 4-cheese croquettes were crackling crispy on the outside and pillowy cheesy on the inside. The black truffle aioli was a little light on the truffle flavor, but again, a nice change from the common creamy sauce that some serve with croquettes. The braised pork cheek was impossibly melt-in-your mouth tender and delicious. A quick Q&A with the chef, while he was idle for a moment, revealed the secret… he slow cooks the cheeks overnight for 8 hours at a moderately low temp. The 3-cheese polenta was very full flavored and super creamy! My hangar steak was perfectly med-rare and draped with a VERY vivid chimichurri. Yum! I certainly didn’t need it, but the server talked me into the freshly fried vanilla donut with house made root beer ice cream. It was a decadently wonderful puff ball of a donut. Our group was very happy with all of the menu items that we tried and the bonus was watching the food prepared right in front of us and chatting with the chefs. Can’t wait to go back next time I visit the Adirondacks. Highly recommended.

Excellent all around! The drinks, food, dessert, and service were all perfect. We came here for our wedding anniversary dinner and we're not disappointed. All of the dishes were so creative and delicious.
The house sourdough bread and raw oysters were incredible along with both of our entrees. It was also cool seeing them make all of the food, the chef runs a great kitchen!
