Locally sourced. Many options on the menu can be made vegan if not already. Staff very knowledgeable on vegan and dietary restrictions. Menu is clearly labeled. Vegan options in all areas of the menu (starters, sharables, entrees, and dessert!!). Vegan options are very thought out! 100/100 would recommend if in the area!

We dined there this past weekend during our visit to Glens Falls. The food, the service, the atmosphere--physical and personal--was wonderful. We cannot wait for them to come to Slingerlands. We will be regulars!
My family and I were headed home and we decided to stop here to get some food. I will start of by saying the waitress didn’t seem like she wanted to be at work that day but the ambience was very nice. Me and the children had the grass fed burger which was good but for $22 to me was overpriced. My wife had the crab cake with remoulade which she said was really good again for $27 though is pricey.
