Food was excellent. What a bargin for the amount of food you get! Two appetizers, two entrees, two desserts, and four alcoholic beverages for $100 was amazing!
The students do a terrific job with the meal. The food was cooked perfectly and served hot. The hospitality students are very attentive and pleasant to be around. Great atmosphere.
We had a great experience at Seasoned! We took part in a fundraising event for the SUNY Adirondack softball team. The food was great and the students did a great job working all aspects of the experience. We will definitely go back.
A lovely experience. Tasty food and good wine pairing. I love the closed circuit screen which was on display showing the students preparing some of the items on the menu. Service was top notch! Nice dining space.
I can’t rave enough about the food here. First, it’s important to note that it is completely student run. The students are there as part of their training under the culinary program at SUNY Adirondack. I came here with a group of colleagues. Not only was the service impeccable, but the food was outstanding. Well seasoned chicken, light and refreshing parfait, and the winter squash soup was rich and tasted beautifully. I look forward to going back.
We sat for a fund raiser prix fixe meal. Seating for the meal was communal with several groups at each table of six. Aside from some confusion on the table we were to be seated at, overall the students did a great job with service. Each course was designed by one culinary student and they had the opportunity to share information about the food during the meal. Overall, each course was well thought out, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. During preparation, TVs around the venue provided a window into the kitchen as the students built each course. If we are ever in the area again, we will try to get seats for another meal.
Chef Bolton, Pastry Chef Mariano & the students created a delicious menu. My family & I enjoyed every bite, and were impressed with the (student led) service! This is akin to a high-end restaurant for an incredibly fair price. It was also great to help fundraise for Ascend.
What a great and fun experience to dine with seasoned! will absolutely be back - keep up the great work!

Seasoned serves local food excellently prepared by students learning their craft. The food flavors and selections are phenomenal. Local beers and wines enhance the experience. And the price is reasonable for an all inclusive dinner. Great group to support.
Restaurantji Recommends
Seasoned is a teaching restaurant, and if you go regularly you get to see the progress of the students as they go from good to excellent.
Always a fabulous experience and the only disappointment is the rest of the calendar is sold out! Insanely good!
Food was great, so was temperature, amount, menu variety, quality of food, and price. Only issue was from main course till dessert, we had about a 45 minute wait. We took desserts home they were great! But they weren't the ones we ordered. We will most certainly return and highly recommend to family and friends
Wonderful experience. Trinity our server was very helpful and informative! We can't wait to come back!
Overall excellent dining experience for the food and beer pairing dinner. The food was excellent and went well with the beers. The dining room was the perfect size and the ambiance was good. The dinner began a little late, but we were not expecting every single thing to go perfectly as it is part of the Culinary School. Highly recommend!
