Love how this is hands on learning for the students and they make incredible food and drinks all while actively learning. The professor's are also so amazing and helpful with the students. We have paid more for so low quality food to be able to have a fine quality food prepared was an amazing treat and we can not wait to go back!

I have been to Seasoned a few times now for their collaborative cuisine and it is absolutely fantastic. Each time I went it was a pairing with a winery (Galway Rock and Thirsty Owl). Chef Matt and his crew manage to out do themselves everytime. The wine choices paired with the food they prepared was absolutely exquisite! My favorite dish I had was served at the most recent collaborative cuisine and it was sea scallops served in a white wine sauce with a bit of horseradish and dill. We were served two of them but I could’ve easily made it a whole meal! Seasoned is clean, professional, and all the staff are very nice and great at what they do! The only suggestion I can make to better the experience is perhaps a little light music on a low volume. Still 5 stars for this lovely establishment! Kudos Chef Matt!

We enjoyed a family lunch at Seasoned in Glens Falls. This downtown restaurant is a gem! Every part of our meal was well prepared and flavored. The coffee was fantastic. Our server was friendly and attentive. Seasoned also pays attention to Gluten Free and vegan ingredients. So appreciated!!

Went to dinner with friends here tonight. Between all of us, we had almost everything that was on the menu. Everything was perfectly cooked and so delicious! Our two waiters, Thomas & Connor, were very attentive. They answered our questions as quickly as they could. And took our jokes in stride. We will all definitely go back!!

Seasoned was a great experience and a delicious lunch! It is run by Chef Matt Bolton and his excellent staff. Seasoned is SUNY Adirondack's culinary training facility, and you'll be hard-pressed to find a better dining experience in the area! I have no doubt, the young professionals learning and working there will have all the tools needed to further their careers in hospitality, to whatever extent they desire!

Warren County Historical Society held their 2018 Gala at Seasoned. The chefs & students were great to work with in regards to the menu and pricing. A lovely, casual Hawaiian themed evening.
