We really enjoyed our visit to The Bourbon Room. The food was fantastic and the drinks were next level! The bartended was beyond excellent, he not only held down the bar but took care of every table in the place singlehandedly. I particularly enjoyed the Lamb lollipops and the Rosemary Old Fashion. Make sure to stop by while in Glens Falls!
4.5 stars. Intimate bar with small plates menu. We three came primarily for dinner but enjoyed some cocktails. I had the Smoke Show ($14) with X Glenmorangie Scotch whiskey with maple smoke -which was smooth and only slightly smokey; delicious. Also ordered was Waking up in Wexford with Irish whiskey with an interesting whiskey whip- this was a sweet drink- almost like a dessert. We shared the mussels ($10) which was great. The mussels were large and meaty; we got around 17 so...
Food was amazing! We had the 35 day dry aged ribeye. James, the bartender, is wonderful and very knowledgeable about drinks. Would highly recommend. The atmosphere is laid back, quiet, and you can actually hear your partner talking. An enjoyable experience
