Panera Bread Reviews
After ordering, we received a phone call that 2 items were not available and could not be delivered. There were 30 minutes left in the breakfast service time frame, so that seems like bad business.
After being told that a trip to the store would be necessary to be credited for the missing items, 2 You Pick Two Coupons were offered. When the remaining items were delivered, there were 2 Free Drink coupons that don't even cover the cost of the missing items. You failed...read full review

Panera Bread offers a variety of options, with the bacon chicken ranch sandwich being a popular choice. The bread is a highlight for many customers. While some find the prices to be high and the portions smaller, the menu is consistent. Some diners enjoy the baked goods, like the pumpkin sugar cookie, but others found the lemon drop too sweet. The outdoor seating adds to a pleasant dining experience, and the staff is attentive, with one cashier going above and beyond to accommodate a customer's low-sodium diet. However, recent reviews indicate issues with food quality and service. Some customers have noticed that food is being prepared more sloppily, with new items like the steak bagel sandwich sometimes coming with tiny portions of steak or over-sauced sandwiches that are wrapped in a very sloppy manner. The drive-thru experience has also worsened, with long wait times and poor customer service, regardless of the time of day. Additionally, some meals were found to be small and not very satisfying, such as a chicken Caesar salad missing chicken and a soup bowl mostly bread. The steak sandwich was appreciated for the quality of steak but had too little meat, and the peppers were too sweet, ruining the flavor. Despite these issues, Panera Bread continues to aim for healthier choices, though some suggest adding more low-sodium options to improve customer satisfaction.
