These bad reviews are very unfair. Been getting takeout here for years. Food is generally excellent, maybe not top NYC but still good. Service is friendly. Have never once waited an excessive time unless it's a major holiday. I guess I don't doubt that people have had unfortunate bad experiences but of the hundred+ times for us, not once!
