Eden is the BEST she was so helpful
We stayed at Legoland New York, and this was a quick 10 min drive. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick! Definitely recommend!
The Baristas are always polite and the coffee is always excellent

Based on the reviews, Starbucks at Goshen Plaza offers a mix of experiences. The staff at this location is frequently described as providing the best customer service, with friendly, pleasant attitudes, and genuine warmth. They remember names and orders, making customers feel appreciated. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a great atmosphere. However, consistency is an issue. While the cinnamon dolce latte is described as perfection and the iced brown sugar shaken espresso is highly recommended, other items have problems. The spinach wrap was ice cold in the center twice, and the refresher was mainly filled entirely with ice, finishing in just four sips. The ice chai was alright but disappointing. One staff member is noted as unfriendly and sassy, while others like Emily, Grace, and the morning staff are wonderful. The location is beautiful but not consistent.
