“The bagels look good and there are lots of spreads, breakfast sandwiches, sides, chips and drink options. I was asked if I wanted my bagel toasted and I said no, but it was toasted anyway so I can't really speak to the bagel texture. The walnut raisin spread was not so great. I enjoy sweet but all I tasted was an overload of brown sugar, so much so that I wiped most of it off the bagel. I gave this one star above what I would for my own bagel because the people I was with all really enjoyed their food, and some of the other bagels looked good to try. I would give this place another try if in the area again.“

“I witnessed some ladies get very upset after a 2 minute wait the other day. The employees are so patient and polite even when having to deal with these rude, impatient people. They claim they waited over 20 minutes but I walked in behind them. They were not ignored. They were greeted as I was. They were too busy chatting and laughing. Now I see their review and it hurts that they would slander like this. The poor staff deserves better they give their all even when short staffed and they deserve a raise.“

Kid-friendliness: When I came in their were these kids and their mom and they were so nice to them and were a place where they can play when their were they can wait for their food if I had kids I will bring them here.“

“I come to the area maybe 2-3 times a year for softball tournaments and I never miss an opportunity to stop in at Valkyrie for coffee. I love their specialty coffees and last visit I took a gamble and purchased a bag of coffee to take home with me (they were kind enough to grind for me). Well, here I am on their site ordering 2 more bags for delivery since I won't be back in the area for a few months. The Brazilian Salmo is delicious!“

His soulful voice and masterful guitar playing had me tapping my feet and humming along to every song. The energy and passion he brought to the stage was contagious, and it made for an unforgettable afternoon. In addition to the amazing music, the coffee at Meadow Blues was some of the best I've ever had. I tried their espresso and was impressed by the rich, bold flavor and smooth finish. “Fabulous choice for all meals. We had lunch. There were so many options! Something for everyone. Ice teas, coffee, craft beer, wine, and so much more. You cannot go wrong here. I had a fried chicken sandwich on sourdough with avacado, jalapeños, arugula, and hot honey. Wish I lived in this area and could visit more. Tons of daily specials!“

“This coffee shop is a gem of Middletown and Orange County! First and foremost the coffee is AMAZING! From the different flavor and seasonal crafted lattes and cappuccinos (hot or frozen they’re a must try!), to their pastries and traditional breads….it will bring you either nostalgia or take you on a new coffee shop experience. Customer service is amazing and I have watched the attention to detail when customers that came in ordered. I have to mention that there’s also a bunch of antique shops and other interesting stores on this strip of Main St. That you can walk around while sipping you coffee! The aesthetic of the shop is also warm and welcoming with some Puerto Rican flavor sprinkled throughout!“

“The bread here is great, the croissants are fluffy and crispy! The new burgers at night are also amazing in no small part thanks to the buns. I knew a bread company would probably have good buns but these were really next level. The burger and sauce and fries and onion rings were all fantastic, I think it's the best onion rings I've had in a long time. And did I mention the buns! So so good!“

“My wife and I were trying to decide where to go for lunch this afternoon but we wanted to try something we hadn’t normally tried before. So I remembered seeing the large corona bottle outside the Strada grill when I drove by the other day so we decided to give them a chance. That was probably one of the best moves we’ve made in a long time. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is comfortable, the place is very clean, the portion sizes are very generous, and everything was delicious. We are now going to make the Strada grill our go to lunch/brunch place from here on out.“

“Very nice cafe. The staff are super friendly and the prices are really reasonable. The atmosphere is a little dull but I guess that is to be expected at a medical place. It feels like a hospital cafeteria. Bagel Bar and the Lacas Coffee was good. Many repeat customers come here and their specials of the day seem to be popular.

“Good coffee. Wish they had food! No food until 11:00 for my friends and no gluten free food at all. My friends and I met up here in the morning after reading reviews of coffee and crepe cake. Not only did they not have have the crepe cake, they didn’t have any food.

Parking: Had to park in municipal parking a block away. Not a big deal.
