Staff are young but need to learn to be customer attentive and more respectful in language, demeanor, and speech. But they are young kids learning, but overall love their energetic youth never the less.

“Just had lunch at Copper Barn. Had the avocado soup....soooo good!! My husband and I both had a turkey BLT on a panini. Took half of mine home so I could have a piece of their sour cream coffee cake (the best!). With all that said, the icing on the cake was the server, Shanelle. She was informative, personable and sweet with a great sense of humor!!! Thank you Shanelle and Copper Barn for a great lunch!!😊😊“

“Ethiopian pour over was excellent-- fruit forward and well made. The baristas weren't very knowledgeable about the coffee, but the print out with information about each coffee was very helpful, and the baristas still were friendly and did their jobs well. The matcha latte was delicious, though VERY sweet. The calm atmosphere and classical background music were very serene.

It's a lovely haven in Middletown's noise and bustle.“

“My wife and I wanted a breakfast sandwich so we stayed local and visited the Coffee Way Cafe. There, we found two very friendly and welcoming young women that helped with our coffee order. They were wonderful. Since my wife and I had never had a cappuccino before it was great help. The coffees were delicious as were the breakfast sandwiches and baked goods that we took home to enjoy.
The Coffee Way Cafe is a great asset to Wurtsboro and will become more so as the business flourishes.“

“Everything about this place is great, bagrls are very fresh, there are plenty of other options, salads and sandwiches. Atmosphere is great, No one rushes you, very relaxing. I have been to the Washingtonville place a few times but this place in Goshen is the best And i think why that is is because of the workers. They always have a smile, they are always helpful snd sweet… thats the difference!

“Ordered for pick up & when I got there, 2 customers were waiting at the p/u area and 2 were waiting to order. So not crazy busy for a Sunday morning at 10:30. Customers ordering at the register were waited on promptly. The other couple and I were not even acknowledged. Other to go orders were packed up and while there were 3 people we could tell were working up front only 1 stayed up front to pack another order- while the 3 of us were still standing there waiting for our orders which were sitting on the back counter, ready. Not on the pick up counter. It took me speaking up to even be noticed. Surely enough that was my order that had been sitting there the whole time. And finally the other couple got theirs as well. Please acknowledged when someone is standing there, on either side. Kindly tell the other person you'll be with them shortly. Then everyone feels seen and their food doesn't get cold while hanging out unable to be picked up.

Also, unless you're across the street and able to see the awning, it's not really easy to see your shop. No signage on the front door if coming from New Middletown direction on the same side of the street.“

“I love this mall so much definitely when this virus is over I’ll be shopping there every weekend cause I miss going to Middletown and being able to look and see what I want and it’s so neat and clean at that mall I love it 🥰😍💕 I also love the different varieties on food which is amazing 😉 I love y’all galleria 😍😁“
