“My family and I love to come to Macadoodles and support small business, but there has got to be a better way to handle to go orders. Take my card over the phone, or something. I should not have to wait in line behind everyone else for 20 minutes to pay for my food and pick it up when I can see it sitting under the warmers the whole time. This is the whole point of a TO GO order. So beyond frustrating! EDIT: I had all this time to write the review while in line and even called and the staff is beyond rude. It doesn’t take 3 people to make ice cream. I said screw the food and hung up. I will never be back to Macadoodles. Absolutely 0/10 business practice. Their staff has always been horribly rude but at least their food was good. Oh well. Onto the next!“
