“Wonderful setting out back, in a quaint garden type setting. Our dog had shade & water as we enjoyed a lovely lunch. The seating is spacious, with other outdoor areas & indoor seating at table or bar. Portions are generous, great menu & staff attentive. First time guest & hope to return next time in the area. Prices are reasonable with ample parking as well.“
“I didn’t know if my reaction was overblown when I said that this is the best ice cream I’ve ever had, but I brought a few friends at another time and they were freaking out just as much as I was. The labne sour cherry is sublime, and the brown butter pecan was off the charts. My friends’ favorite was the rosemary nut brittle. We all bought pints to go. Truly exceptional!“
“Good great experience at the original Mickey igloo. I always take my dog there after I bathe him in Port Ewen. I get a medium vanilla cone and I give him about a half a cup. That's his treat for being such a good dog while he was getting his It's so delicious I love soft, serve ice cream it's one of my favorite things in the whole world.“

“Such an awesome place had great food hot dogs and some of the most awesome ice cream selection and dishes. The owner who greeted us was very friendly and was able to tell us about the town that we were visiting and we had a great time sitting outside eating our hot dogs and ice cream. Plenty of parking right in front handicap accessible with a ramp and inside will remind you of your ice cream parlor childhood. Price point was perfect.“
