We booked Ralph’s of Great Neck for a party at an elementary school and they were very professional. Corey, one of the owners, gave a fair price quote, he provided kid-friendly flavors and a tabletop setup with servers. The kids had a blast! Thank you for being part of a memorable day and making sure the kids stayed cool and hydrated with the ices!
I am on the PTA of my son’s early childhood center and we used Ralph’s Great Neck for two events - Teacher Appreciation and a fundraising event. Obviously Ralph’s has the very best ices but the customer service for these two events were top notch. They worked with us to ensure no cross contamination with any nut products. They delivered the ices on time for both events. And even leant us scoops (which we returned quickly after each event). ...
I went to Ralph's Famous Italian Ices and had a great experience. The selection was fantastic — tons of flavors to choose from, and everything looked fresh and well-stocked. The service was just as good — fast, friendly, and welcoming. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to.
