“Picked up dinner Friday night. The place was busy. The employees were polite and friendly. Delivered my food with a smile and said, "My pleasure," when I thanked her for my food bag. It's good they have several gluten free option's.“

“I ordered online for a later time and still my order wasn't ready when I arrived because they were still cooking tenders. Seems like they would know an order is coming up so they should have everything cooked. Had to wait and 10 minutes when I thought I would just count in, get my food, and leave. Food was a bit salty for my liking, but the chicken was very tender and juicy. The potatoes have the texture of instant, so I was not impressed. The restaurant was clean, no issues there. And the staff was friendly.“

“I've never sat down and eaten here but I might eventually! Consistently good and I've never had a bad experience with the food quality.

Recently I had a longer wait time getting my food but I truly think it's because Doordash does estimated times and they had a lot of people ordering at once. Knowing that I was pretty patient getting my food and the front desk lady handling everything was super nice to me! Food was great and the portion sizes are some of the biggest I can get for the price. They do not cheap out on the sauce and bowl sizes. Their Kimchi rice bowls last me like, 2 days maybe 3 if i portion it right.

Kitchen looked super clean as well so did the dining area. Wish more people sat and ate there!

“We ordered chicken salads and they’re really good. My ONLY suggestion would be, better bowls for the salads it’s really compact and tight - no room to mix the salad up. I had to dump half of it in a different container just to mix it up well. But the salad itself was awesome n I need another one right now 😂“

“I have been visiting this Chick-fil-A on East Ridge Road regularly for breakfast and sometimes for lunch, and I am honestly impressed every single time.

The restaurant is always clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff is kind, professional, respectful, and attentive. You can tell there is strong training, good leadership, and a positive team culture at this location.

This has not been a one-time experience. I have visited several times, and the quality of the food, the cleanliness, and the customer service have been consistently excellent.

“I love Peruvian food, so I was excited about this place since there are no Peruvian restaurants in Rochester. We ordered the Machu Bowl and the Peruvian Rotisserie Half chicken meal. Great flavors! I loved the chicken and ají verde sauce. 💚 Unfortunately, the rice was undercooked. It was well-seasoned but probably needed about 8-10 minutes more of cooking. I'd return again for another meal.“

Customer service: 5*, only seconds after entering the facility I was greeted, and my order was taken. ; Food: 5*, quick on delivery to the counter, HOT !! and with a very well appreciated ☺ smile. Facility: Dining room very neat and CLEAN!! floors clean, tables clean and the front counter, very neat tidy and yes CLEAN! Overall, if I could give higher than a five * rating, for this particular crew and visit, I would give it... I hope a supervisor and/or management staff read this and commend this crew from kitchen staff to front counter, they did an OUTSTANDING JOB !!“
