It was not well run by management at all. Didn't seem like anyone was in charge. Seem very short staffed. No seats were available but saw a few empty booths. Bar patrons seem to be happy. The food was ok 1 person in my party fell ill after eating fried onions. Only saw 2 waiters the whole time very nice and professional, though. I don't think I would really recommend anyone to eat there though.
Experiences really do depend on when you arrive and thankfully. My father and I arrived at 4pm, just before the evening rush. The food is great as always and our server was very kind and diligent. Everything came out in perfect timing.
The steaks, filet, pork chops, sweet potatoes, baked potatoes, mini loaves of bread, and shrimp appetizer are all very good. They are consistently good. Other foods are good too. Mixed drinks are good. Service is usually good. I miss the Longhorn beer they had and discontinued. I wish they would find another brewer such as Genesee to brew it for them. That beer was outstanding! The inside of the restaurant, especially the carpeting, is showing its age... it's worn out. ...
