“I went to panera bread this morning 2 hot chocolate and 2 bagels . I wanted to pay it fwd this morning and pay for the person behind me but the employee told me he was getting a free coffee with his reward. I got home and the employees paid me fwd by giving me a free cookie this morning. Thank you ❤“

“Went there years ago and hated it. Too bland. Went there again a couple weeks ago to try it again because someone I know got a job there and wow what a difference. Not sure what they did but the food is pretty awesome. And the worker told me they make everything fresh everyday. Good whole foods ingredients. Highly recommend. Especially their spicy Thai wrap. Big enough for two people.“

“Nathans gave my baby a bowl of soup during the saddest day of her life first day of chemo. She came home all lit up that she had a bowl of soup and it made her so happy during the storm of a hardship. Wow I hope that God blesses this business ten fold and you have a new patron for life, me! there's never food at the Cancer Center just a snack cart and for people to sit around hungry all day is really sad I know I was one. I made her pack some snacks and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich because I was afraid she was going to be hungry all day at the hospital. God bless you really for thinking of those suffering and hungry. I cannot put into words how this makes me feel. thank you from the bottom of my heart.“

“I absolutely love this place.Its home like atmosphere and large selection of items is a nice change from just burgers.And who doesn't like ice cream choices and everyone is so friendly. A nice place to sit,relax ,and eat without being rushed out.“

“Driving through Rochester, we stopped at Desiato's for lunch. This was our first visit and our first time in a real delicatessen. The staff were friendly and efficient. Jason was very patient explaining all the options and details, allowing us to make a good decision. I appreciate his professionalism. I enjoyed the restaurant and would return again.“

“It was late in the evening around 9pm after finishing my work reports I was hungry for a drink and a meal. Olive Garden showed up as nearby restaurants so drove up there . They were closing 10 pm and rushed in ordered their Italian Margaritas yes I have ordered many times in past with shot of amerello liquor. Minestrone Soup and salad was ordered afterwards as Bar was about to close but my waitress was very polite and efficient so went ahead to order drink first and then took my food order . Nice service and good food see photos“

“Food is excellent, Server was exceptional, wait time was a little too long for my likely and I'm a very patient person.
I would have given a 5 star review however our wait was just too long. We waited 45 mins after being told 20 minutes.
Had we not been celebrating a very important birthday or I personally would have left.
My only suggestion is to make a ghost kitchen for pick up orders and leave the restaurant kitchen to ones who actually want to dine in. In my opinion I'm sure this will help the wait and most likely the staff/cooks as well.“

“The food and service is very good, aside from the eggs were a bit underdone. BUT the whole time we were there the door we sat near was swinging and not quietly, definitely threw off the experience a bit. If you go there I recommend sitting in the back where my family usally goes aside from this time, avoid the middle.“

“I had my birthday/retirement celebration at I Square Wine Reserve Saturday night. Sara the event coordinator and Mike helped me make my plans. It was fabulous. Appetizers were delicious and the.Arancini’s were amazing. Everyone was complementing the chef. I was so happy to celebrate my special occasions there. Parking: There is a parking lot outside of the Chinese food place. Enough to get in and get out. Food is delicious. I got pepper steak with fried rice and egg roll. Hubby got fried fish with shrimp fried rice and egg roll. He said he loved his.Try it you won't be disappointed“

“I recommend if you are ready to pay the expensive prices. I bought shrimp and chicken fried rice and I received 1 small serving. It cost $30 (highly expensive). The food was very delicious but too salty.“

“Always great food, and the atmosphere is great. The prices are a bit high, but worth it. The staff is usually awesome, although some experiences have been worse than others. For the most part, really nice place to go when you want a healthy and tasty meals. Only other gripe with it is that I ordered a naan bread with my bowl online and I didn’t get it 😔“

“Ordered online door dash never picked my food up from the restaurant. I contacting the store about long wait for delivery. The manager was responsive and followed through to make sure I got my order. My order was still fresh after the wait. Thank you for fast thinking and willingness to go above and beyond to problem solve!“
