This is a hidden gem! They emphasis natural, organic, local foods, offering both packaged items as well as fresh produce. And so many spices and vitamins/minerals. They also make their own value-added products in-house, such as sweet potato pie and cookies, as well as fresh hot food that’s ready to eat. This is a very cute health food store with many prepared take a way vegan items and a daily selection of hot items, scooped into a to go container and done by weight. I went here with some friends and we all enjoyed it! The pre-made to go items in the fridge that we tried were all very good. Tried the hummus, coleslaw and potato salad. All were excellent and better than many vegan restaurants! Hot bar I had curried rice, a stirfry cabbage, carrots and a tofu dish. All were very good. The tofu was my favourite. I'll definitely be back when next in Binghamton. The sfaff was very friendly, courteous and polite.

My favorite place in Binghamton. I ALWAYS learn something new when I shop here. I come here b4 going to the supermarkets. Mrs. Vondell is very knowledgeable and welcoming. She gets to know her customers by name is will even feed you lol. She always have vegan dishes available as well.

Just learned about this place. Reminds me of HealthBeat. Amazing vegan potato salad, veggie soup, and fresh juice. The owner was kind and helpful. Will return!

Very very nice little place, with great food.

We had tofu and split green soup, it was DELICIOUS!!

The soups are amazing. Limited menu with daily specials. A nice selection of bulk items. They even have homemade breads. I suggest calling ahead to order menu items. We'll be back often.

Great food and very nice people

Pricey

I went to this store for the 1st time recently. The squash soup was very good and I was able to get 2 meals out of the smallest size takeout container. I also tried the potato salad. It tasted OK but unfortunately contained some black olives, which I am not a fan of. The people working there were very pleasant and waited on me quickly.

Today was my first time visiting and I wasn’t disappointed! The staff was amazing and the food was fantastic! Kudos to the chef :)Thank you, I will be back soon!
