Thr recording says open at 10 am. Yet , it's 11:30 am no one picks up the phone . It just rings and then drops, the 2nd time you call it rings and goes to the message.

This is a hidden gem! They emphasis natural, organic, local foods, offering both packaged items as well as fresh produce. And so many spices and vitamins/minerals. They also make their own value-added products in-house, such as sweet potato pie and cookies, as well as fresh hot food that’s ready to eat. It’s vegan soul food meant to keep you healthy, and amazingly delicious. Come support this local, Black-owned business!

This is a very cute health food store with many prepared take a way vegan items and a daily selection of hot items, scooped into a to go container and done by weight. I went here with some friends and we all enjoyed it! The pre-made to go items in the fridge that we tried were all very good. Tried the hummus, coleslaw and potato salad. All were excellent and better than many vegan restaurants! Hot bar I had curried rice, a stirfry cabbage, carrots and a tofu dish. All were very good. The tofu was my favourite. I'll definitely be back when next in Binghamton. The sfaff was very friendly, courteous and polite.
