Chocolate hazelnut biscuits- skip the coffee too bitter.
Bright and airy counter serve coffee, plus a variety of full bags of coffee for purchase. Nice tables for eating in and the coffee is excellent.

Their coffee is good. But last time I ordered hot tea. What I got was a tea bag dropped in lukewarm water together with its paper holder.
Restroom did not have any soap and toilet paper. I wonder how their employees wash their hands. This makes me to question their hygiene standards.

Their decaf cafe mocha is Devine! Don’t know if I can ever go back to Starbucks! And their biscotti dipped in dark chocolate - well that’s another beautiful creation and a burst of flavor that stimulates the senses. Love it here!!

Vanilla latte was overly sweet. Pastery was nice. Seating was hard to find - there were more tables than chairs.

The coffee drinks here do not taste that good and are overpriced. Bitter beans, my cappuccino was the size of a latte. The matcha was bitter as well. If you really like coffee go to Pip’s instead.

I do believe that good coffee roasters selling coffee drinks should be able to prepare a good espresso (pretty lunch like a good bakery should bike good bread; master the basic 1st then master the more complexe stuff). The coffee beans are way over roasted and espresso tastes as bitter as it gets, probably one of the 3 most bitter espressos i’ve had in my 1/2 century life. I’d say that this taste is likely covered by milk and cream in prepared drinks but the basic espresso is beyond hard to drink. I also noted that americano is less $, however is more work as it consists of an espresso watered down with hot water. The place could be kept colder too, specially during these hot summer days, and the open to the street roasting space is no excuse, as its part of the business.

Delicious coffee, espresso, and biscotti. There was a long line but the staff worked quickly and the coffee was worth the wait. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating and it’s next to a park so there are plenty of places to sit and relax. Highly recommend.

I was introduced to Aldo’s Coffee about a year ago and was so impressed with their roasted beans that I began to order coffee from their website! Recently we returned to Southold for a mini vacation and i had the pleasure of stocking up with my favorite roasts !

Aldo's is under new ownership.
It still has The BEST coffee EVER!! But now it has EVEN MORE and I mean that in several ways. The new owner is Josh. He has some partners but Josh is the new fresh face and host of Aldo's.
Josh is totally delightful, friendly and generous. He greets his customers like guests in his home. He has reached out to the children of the east end with several events that highlight their drawings and other talents.
The coffee and pastries are still excellent. Now there are also lots of different flavored gelatos.
I had a very delicious "ice cream sandwich" made from coconut gelato on a croissant.
Go there for the delicious treats and enjoy the great new vibe!
