Anker is always on point. Reserve in advance for a spot on the upstairs balcony to see sunset over the water. Paella is full of yummy seafood and meats and every single dish was just on point. Don’t miss the fish and chips, for which they use sea bass.

Loved our brunch here! We were able to sit upstairs with our pups, the staff were all extremely nice and attentive, and every dish we ordered was delicious. Highly recommend!

Victoria was great, sitting was quick. We had a RSVP but didn’t need one. A bit breezy due to being close to the water. Rosé was great, crab cakes were great and oysters. However the paella wasn’t enjoyable. The meat to rice ratio could be better. Due to our dish not coming out correct John(Manager) adjusted the bill.

We, four fussy eaters, dined on an off-season Friday night. We ordered cocktails (all excellent), a Seacuterie appetizer and two Paellas for two. While we had to ask for some of the accompaniments, the staff cheerfully hopped to it. The paellas were supposed to include a variety of seafood plus chicken and chorizo. They must not have had the chicken and chorizo. Instead they came chock full of large shrimp, crayfish and lobster. Who could complain? It also took a bit long for the paella, but without any complaints or squirming on our part....cocktails make everything better...they brought each of us a bowl of possibly the best chowder any of us have had in a long time! That is old-fashioned hospitality and we truly appreciated it. Everything was delicious and we all plan to come back soon. Hope the vibe holds for the in-season. Fish dishes (whole fish) seemed a little too pricey but not if they are big enough to share...we didn't check that. Recommend sitting upstairs if available. Big, nice bar as well.

My husband got his dinner. I never got mine. Waiter seemed clueless. They still demanded we pay. Only head chef was apologetic - and my dinner was sitting there! Ruined our anniversary dinner. Will not be back. No wonder why it was not busy.

Best restaurant on the North Fork!! Local seafood with a creative culinary twist. Find your favorites as well as something new every time you visit! Get the seafood charcuterie board & swordfish collar if they have it (massive! Definitely share)

Been to Anker several times recently and have been very pleased. Been there a bit in the off season so I cant comment on how well they hold up to heavy summer crowds but our late lunches/ early dinners have been great experiences. Service has been very good and we never felt rushed. The lobster rolls were very good as well as the fish and chips. Where many places use frozen prepared fish, the Anker fish certainly certainly appears fresh and actually batter dipped on premise before hitting the fryer. Its light and crispy and when I am looking for fresh fish and chips, it is definitely my place to go. Been an overal great experience.
