We had a 7pm dinner reservation on Saturday night. Both fish entrees were not available that was a big disappointment. This is not the busy season in Greenport. Our waitress, Mara, was very sweet. The manager never came over to our table to apologize or offer an explanation.... Clearly they are lacking in hospitality.

Great food, great view, cool vibe. Actual facility just okay but you don't go here for that. Definitely recommend for quicker service food.

The food is mediocre. They are living off the location near the water. Understaffed and not particularly friendly staff. entree options limited and below average. I won't go there again

I've been to Claudio's several times, and this was by far not the best meal. The lobster roll was dry, and served on a bun with nothing else. We had to ask for butter, The diver scallops were also over cooked, the burrata was okay. Clam Chowder was excellent as was our dessert. For the price we paid, felt a bit disappointed after the meal.

Nice place with an amazing view ??
The food was very good! Fish and chips are definitely worth trying ?

But the service… slow and not really friendly. They didn’t give slow with fish and were like “fine, here is your slow”. Guys, it’s not a favor - you forgot to give it! What the attitude?

Also, get rid of the bees near the drink station. It’s barely possible to get one ?

Hannah & Evan are the most attentive, talented & entertaining bartenders across the property. The dockside lemonade is one of the best drinks… definitely try it!!

Emily at the order window was extremely helpful and even took time to recommend the tequila garlic shrimp tacos!!

Overall great staff, great experience and great view. Definitely coming back!

I went to Crabby Jerry’s for seafood with a friend July 27th, 2024 (AKA CLAUDIO’S) and I ordered a drink each for myself and my friend (we are not big drinkers) while she ordered a combo seafood platter for us, which was delicious! The bartender working the bar with a finger in a splint asked me if I wanted a running tab and I said NO! It was extremely busy!!! She handed me and my friend our drinks, ran my debit card, handed it back to me and was off to the races! I did not sign or receive a receipt!!! I was able to see a charge of $26 on my phone immediately, which seemed fair. However, by the next day other charges appeared as if I had a running tab!!! including a $43 charge! I have made SEVERAL attempts to rectify this by phone and also emailing Jeannine who is apparently the manager at CRABBY JERRY’S, and to no avail no response!!! The only competent person who was very helpful and went out of his way to assist me was Roger Ross, who handles event group bookings for Claudio’s. Roger should be running that entire place! The live music was terrific, but customer service…horrible and drink prices are outrageously, ridiculously high!!! ????

True tourist trap. We started with the BURRATA -$21- Heirloom Tomatoes, Basil Pesto, Grilled Bread - Best part of the meal, but even this was fair. The tomatoes were not quite ripe, a fair burrata and the pesto was OK. I ordered the CLAMS AND LINGUINE - $33 - White Wine, Garlic, Oregano - A pretty boring rendition. Five whole clams and a bunch of chopped pieces plus a lot of garlic and some parsley. Nothing memorable. My wife ordered the HOT LOBSTER ROLL - $45 - the roll was overcooked lobster claw meat. Fries were better. Service was very good. It overlooks the parking lot and the marina. Not too busy and that is always a clue.

The portions were ridiculously small, $30 for a pasta dish that had maximum 20 noodles in the entire bowl. Steak was charred and had 0 flavour ($55) for that. We got no alcohol and the bill was $150 for kid portion food. Won't be going back.

Overcooked my ribeye, so my date ate alone till I had them make me the quickest thing possible a $43 lobster roll with fries. No comp for the inconvenience. When we were sat we were never given menus and not that I minded because I was chatting but the 1st course (baked clams) didn't come out for over a 1/2 hour. Very disappointing for a legendary East End restaurant.

It's been over 10 years since we went to Claudio's last and left disappointed. Granted, we went on a Wednesday, menu options limited and only one side special. Service was so so, never got a refill when my glass was empty. Probably be another 10 or 15 years before I return again.

Nice location by the water with good ambiance. Shrimp cocktail was delicious with large Tiger Shrimp and tasty cocktail sauce. The let down came with the Linguine and Clams. Clams were rubbery and not edible. Very disappointing BUT... Management did the right thing and handled it well by taking both orders off the bill. Would definitely go back in hopes for a much different experience.
