Pricey drinks, like everywhere. At least here you get an amazing view! The chairs fill up, but you can always bring your own! ?

This is a must on a clear evening ?. Just to level-set expectations --it is a beach on the Northfork. That said, wear shoes that you can wear comfortably to walk on sand and rocks. You will be sitting in an Adirondack chair. There are Fire ? pits. I always leave smelling like smoke. There is a place where you can order food and drinks in the far corner. The selection is limited. You are on the beach. You will walk down a bit of a decline. Your food will arrive in a brownbag with all disposable stuff. You can order canned cocktails. You can order a s'mores kit. This is absolutely a gem ? of a space. You are looking at the long island sound and watching the sunset. I ordered a hot dog. It was extra delicious because of the view. I ordered a canned cocktail. It was extra sweet because of the view. I roasted marshmallows around a pit with strangers that were as excited as I was about this space. Grab a friend or friends and go have some lite fare and cocktails and roast marshmallows while watching such an amazing sunset. You can stay after the sunset. You will not feel rushed. You will most likely meet another friendly person just taking the time to relax and enjoy what nature gives. This happens on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Music ? on Saturday and Sunday. I go often. It's a favorite spot of mine ?.

I understand differences with restaurants and having a full time chef or multiple chefs pushing a lot of different foods out. Dinner choices scallops l, salmon duck bolognese. My food had 4 scallops 2 table spoons of spaghetti squash and 4 green leaf vegetables. No carbs..no salad no nothing. No excuse not enough and still

The drinks were delightful and perfectly paired for watching the sunset. They also had a light bar menu that was perfect for some pre-dinner snacks.

Such a Secret Gem! This is the best beach bar on the North Fork. Live music on Saturday nights, S'mores on Fridays & Sundays, Bonfires, Adirondack chairs, wonderful cocktails + the most beautiful California-style sunsets.

Very lovely views directly on a sound beach. You go for the ambience sitting directly on the beach. It was reservations only & we had to walk down a hill to get to the area which was very unstable. It is located at the opposite end of the Halyard by the pool area. Note there is no table service and we had to walk to the other end to a beach bar just to get a drink. The drinks were sub par (not a full bar and pre made) and If you attempt to go, wear shoes (not sandals) as it’s a very rocky beach and sit close to the bar area.

We originally had dinner/bar reservations for Saturday they called and changed them to Friday. We could not make dinner on Friday but kept bar reservation. Never being there before we were shocked at the parking across an extremely DARK busy street. They actually have orange flags on both sides of street as if you wave them as you cross. No cars even slowed. We went into the Halyard to ask where the bar was we were told to go to left of building and downstairs. Well the stairs were dark and steep. Then we walked what seemed like a mile looking for a "bar"there was a literal food truck serving a small choice of pre made horrible expensive drinks. We needed reservations for this?? Really ? The girl in the wagon let us exit the employee staircase which at least we can walk on the street before again trying to FROGGER to our car! Def thought we were on candid camera.

These horizon views! Super chill surf vibes. Adirondack chairs by cauldrons with bonfires tooth on the beach. inventive cocktails served out of a trailer

Booked a month in advance for a special birthday and ended up sitting in two dated vinyl chairs that someone dragged down to the beach, instead of the Adirondacks that everyone else was sitting in. If you’re going to take reservations, maybe at least have enough chairs? I could drag my own chairs to the beach for free.
