It was ok!
I recently visited Ralph’s with a large group and placed a substantial order. While most of the items were fine, one Italian ice—specifically the bubblegum flavor—had a strong chemical taste and was completely inedible. Despite this isolated issue, the staff were rude and unhelpful, refusing to offer a refund or replacement on the single item. To make matters worse, we had to eat in an alley with tables, which did not enhance the experience. Given the poor response to a single complaint in a large order and the overall lack of customer service, I won't be returning and would advise others to go elsewhere for a sweet treat.

Order was wrong, ok Ice cream
Every location of this fantastic chain is a gem! Always love Ralph's.
Sugary-watery ice cream which we ended up throwing out. We tried cherry garcia, chocolate (how can you make bad chocolate?!), pina colada and rocky road. All similar, way too sweet, watery flavors. Very disappointing. They have dozens of flavors of very substandard ice cream or maybe "ices" means exactly that? Either way, will not be back?
It's ice.Soft ice cream missing something.
Always good
So many choices of flavors and different types of ice cream. Some concoctions we have never heard of. The cream ice is delicious as well as the sundaes.

soft serve so gooooooood
Hey! A nice little find on our stroll thru Greenport on a summer weekend. Take a ride on the antique carousel, then walk in over to Ralph's for some really good ice cream. If you're going to have dinner, might as well do the double or triple, which are only $0.50/$1.00 more than the single scoop. Lots of flavors to choose, and they can do sundaes, soft-serve, as well as your traditional ice cream and self-serve candy cabinet. A handful of benches to sit on outside, no seats or tables inside the store. Reasonable prices, by Greenport/tourist standard anyway.
Took my kids in for ice cream. The music was so loud & so very inappropriate
Lots of flavors available in both ice cream and "cream ice". All of us were very happy with our choices. It's open late, so skip the expensive dessert at the restaurant and visit Ralphs.
Dull place
