I had a very disappointing experience at Sterlington Deli. I placed an order with the owner, Karen, for chicken fingers and fries along with a sandwich. She told me it could be done, so I paid by credit card. When my food was ready, what I received was completely different — a chicken cutlet chopped up over fries, not what I ordered.
When I pointed this out, Karen shrugged and said “that’s what they offer,” even though it’s not what I requested or was charged for. I explained that I didn’t want the incorrect order and reminded her I paid by card. She then told me “there’s nothing she can do,” and instead of offering a proper refund, she threw $13 at me. The whole situation was handled with rudeness and zero accountability.
I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for decent customer service or respectful treatment.

Stopped in with a large group (15+) and they totally took care of us. Great food ( especially the pastrami and Swiss) but the staff was so efficient and KIND!! Totally recommend.

I had a deli meats platter catered and it came with side salads and rolls. Everything was fresh and the presentation was well done. The prices were very reasonable. My husband and I have also stopped in for lunch and the specialty sandwiches were delicious!! The staff is extremely friendly!!! We will be back soon!!
