Walking around Greenport we came across Blue Duck Bakery Cafe and had to go in. It’s a small shop with a few tables inside. We each picked some cookies and a muffin for breakfast. Everything was delicious. If you are walking around Greenport stop in for a coffee and snack. I’ll be back the next time I’m in Greenport.

Blue Duck Bakery Café is such a cute place in Greenport. The bread is always fresh and full of flavor, and the pastries are the kind you can’t stop thinking about after you leave. It’s the perfect spot for a morning coffee, a light lunch, or just grabbing something sweet to enjoy by the water. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff make you feel right at home.
Did you know Blue Duck Bakery Café first opened in Southampton back in 1999 and quickly became known for its European-style artisan breads? That tradition of quality is still alive in every loaf and pastry here.

Great Bakery but Sunday morning when I added some cookies to my order, I was charged but the cookies were never put in my box. Big disappointment when we got back home on our boat.

So glad we decided to get a wedding cake—Blue Duck made it feel totally worth it. They were easy to work with, made a gluten-free tier that was actually moist and delicious, and coordinated with our florist to include real wildflowers that looked beautiful and perfectly matched our vibe. It added such a special (and tasty) touch to the day. Highly recommend!
The Cappucino with almond milk is my go-to, so ordered it here as well. Sadly it was boiling hot, so needed to put in my fridge to cool down somehow.
Their bakery and the cookie variety is always lovely, they are delicious, it’s really sad they don’t have gluten-free versions though.

Walked in spontaneously after finishing work on a monday in the area and ordered 2 pastries and the sourdough loaf. The worker gave me a deal on the sourdough because it was the end of the day and I got 2 other items I suppose. I will definitely come back.
Most importantly, everything was delicious and fresh.

My first time visiting this area and this cafe. Hands down the best cinnamon bun I’ve had in my life and the coffee as well. The service was great and would 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for good pastries and coffee.

These people are so rude and clearly hate their customers so much it's not worth going even if they have the best baked goods in town.
