“The Soundview Motel was built by the Levin's on Greenport shoreline in 1953. The motel was recently purchased by the Eagle Point Hotel Partners firm based in Manhattan from what I read. The Motel has seen since the new acquisition upgrades on their bedding, pool furniture and other various areas. We lodged on the second floor of the motel which had a large outdoor deck overlooking the Long Island Sound. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and the weather was perfect for our three-day stay. I believe that the new owners will eventually be remodeling the Motel once they have a better understanding of the area.“
