Every weekend (wife is not happy about it), We go to a selected chain, order the classic chicken sandwich with fries.So far we've tried Chick-fil-A, Popeye's, McDonald's, and KFC. We both rank Popeye's and KFC tied for first , Chick-fil-A #2 , and McDonald's #3.Next weekend is Burger King.“

“This is the Only place I come to get my fried chicken & or my fried shrimp!! It’s ALWAYS fresh & the people who work there always make sure of it . They’re very kind. “Good chicken that doesn't quite get to great chicken. That doesn't mean don't eat here, just set your expectations appropriately. The name? That's great.

The grilled chicken was fine. It might have been slightly over-roasted, and wasn't exploding with Maillard flavor the way a great fire-roasted chicken is. It comes with two sauces, one a bbq sauce and the other buffalo sauce. Both had very heavy vinegar notes. The mac and cheese could have been cheesier.

Service was fast and pleasant.

Would I eat here again? Yes. Would I go out of my way to do so? Probably not.“

“I have always said that the service should be complete, especially in the food sector, and I really like the food at this place, but especially the attention they always provide, I could only talk about Miss Edith, since every time I come she is 100% attentive and kind, she always has a smile on her face and is always willing to offer options. She is the only one who makes this place a pleasure to always come to eat or take away. But I must also clarify that when the other person who serves is there on the days that Edith is not there, I prefer to turn around and go somewhere else, I do not like to enter a place where they do not even greet you and are not friendly. Very busy for a Sunday with hardly any employees working, but they managed to get my order out in under 10 minutes. One of the smaller franchise locations with a few spots to park out front, but otherwise, will need to find street parking.“

“This location has been around for a very long time, about 40-50 years & the food is good & prices are reasonable. I've been eating here since I was a kid! The place is neat & clean & the staff is friendly & accommodating. The chicken or shrimp dishes are pretty good & I think they serve beer (plz verify). I definitely recommend them.

“I always enjoy Popeyes chicken. It's bursting with flavor, and it's served fresh and hot. The store is clean and tidy. They have kiosks inside the store that you can pay, or you can use the tellers at the front. There is constant traffic in and out of the store. Great location also.“

Thank goodness I had the good sense to taste a sliver before indulging; it was EXTREMELY EXPIRED. had I eaten it I would have had bad food poison.
