So disappointed and probably will not be returning. Our hiking group met for lunch and some joined late after the first group had finished lunch. When I arrived I placed my food order and we were asked for the chairs. There were several tables available. I had to take my food home and eat in my car by then it was cold. It was a horrible experience. I had been there many times with friends and co-workers but never experienced this service before. Do Not go there!!!

We had a lovely meal until manager Andrea abruptly and aggressively asked us to leave. Our party of four had two friends join us mid-meal. They placed their orders with our very nice waitress without issue. Minutes later, Andrea informed us we had to leave because we hadn’t notified her in advance that more guests were coming. Despite several empty tables throughout the restaurant, she said she could not accommodate us. We had to cancel the food orders.
Her tone was hostile, dismissive, and unprofessional, and she made us feel genuinely unwelcome. Because she was the manager, there was no one to escalate the situation to. We do not feel comfortable returning while she is there.

I am from Australia and my good friend who is a local told me to head down to the Cove Castle…. Unsure what to expect I decided to go by myself for their Valentine’s Day celebration.
I am truly blown away by the delicious food and world class performance/entertainment they had on the night!
The two main singers performances are hard to put into words as I type this but man was I blown away… they sang with so much love and soul and are clearly some of the absolute best in the world at what they do!! I was so impressed with their quality that one of the fellow patrons on the night grabbed my attention during a break in the performance and mentioned the fact that my mouth had been open the whole time as my jaw was truly hitting the floor with their mesmerising performances!
So much love in that venue on the night. Amazing to see and be apart of.
Special shout out to the owner Bobby for putting on an incredible evening and for ensuring everything ran smoothly!
Another special shout out to the GM Andrea for her warm and lovely persona as this was clearly evident and felt throughout our conversations 😊.

We visited for the jazz brunch and were thoroughly impressed by the ambiance. The live music added a sophisticated and relaxing touch, complementing the meal perfectly.
Equally impressive was the service — warm, attentive, and genuinely gracious throughout our visit. It’s clear the staff takes great pride in creating an exceptional guest experience.
