“Have had lunch and breakfast sandwiches at Karen’s a few times. With different selections all the time . Never disappointed. Recently had “cinnamon toast crunch honey bun “, this thing was freaking delicious. A little pricey but I wouldn’t want to ruin this treat every day. Definitely would recommend and purchase it again. This evening I had a “chicken pot pie “. What I needed was I was done was a nap. Never disappointed.”

“Taco Tuesday is real real tasty , I love the pork and the shrimp tacos. the burgers are delicious , they cook them just the way you like them , onion rings yum yum , Thursdays is prime rib night … cooked to perfection, different sides to choose from , I always get the baked potatoe and the salad it comes with … is real good also , ya gotta try it. Oh I forgot Greg is a great bartender.”

“We are visiting from Colorado and staying in Greenwood lake area. We tried the burgers first number 12 and number 14 in both were amazing the next day we got the burgers again for lunch and then try the jerk chicken beans and rice in the sweet plantains dish and all were excellent. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for some good food and a great price”

“Sunrise Family Restaurant is hands down one of my favorite places to eat! I’ve been going there for a while now and it never disappoints. I like to call it a hidden treasure in the neighborhood. The minute you walk in, you feel like part of the family — the staff is so warm, welcoming, and truly wonderful. The menu is HUGE, the food is always delicious, and the prices are more than fair. If you’re looking for a new go-to spot, this is it! Do yourself a favor and stop in — you’ll feel right at home and leave with a full belly and a big smile!”

“A Great night at the Cove Castle last night. My girlfriend and I attended the History of Greenwood Lake event at the Cove and it was very enjoyable. Bob, Andrea, Chuck and the entire crew made the experience exceptional. The setting and view of the lake from the second floor dinning room was beautiful. The food was delicious and the presentation was excellent. Drinks were large and reasonably priced. In Bob's 5 years at the Cove Castle he has transformed the place into a fine place to dine, drink and enjoy top notch entertainment. Can't wait to return to "The place to go" on Greenwood Lake.”

“So today we visited the Dunkin in GWL and was greeted by Jonathan. This Gentleman was beyond Professional and even wished my daughter a Happy Birthday with a smile. It was truly heartfelt. The coffee was on point (very delicious) and the service was a 10.

“Last night, for my birthday, we had what I have to call a perfect, and perfectly delicious meal. You can’t take a picture of an experience, but if there were a way, we would have tried. My fettuccine Bolognese was a detailed joy, yielding a world of varied delights in every bite. Even the radicchio and endive salad… one of those textured, flavorful events where you close your eyes and savor every each mouthful. I could go on and on… but I’m still busy savoring. “We got the Chili honey Saganaki, and deconstructed moussaka as appetizers. The deconstructed moussaka was absolutely delicious but was very large! I definitely could of had that as my meal it was so good! I've had moussaka in Greece and I have had a hard time finding anything that comes close but this was just as delicious in its own way! And the Saganaki appetizer was also so so good! For entree had halibut souvlaki and chicken souvlaki, the halibut souvlaki was like nothing I've had before was delicious but very messy to eat with these plates. The fries were delicious and come with different toppings you can choose from I got plan my bf got Cajun? I believe and it was spicy! I'm glad I stuck with plan fries. For dessert got bread pudding which was alright. The drinks were delicious and very pretty! On the expensive side to eat here but very fancy looking place. Overall I would definitely go back and try more dishes! Pleasantly surprised with this place :)”
