“Have had lunch and breakfast sandwiches at Karen’s a few times. With different selections all the time . Never disappointed. Recently had “cinnamon toast crunch honey bun “, this thing was freaking delicious. A little pricey but I wouldn’t want to ruin this treat every day. Definitely would recommend and purchase it again. This evening I had a “chicken pot pie “. What I needed was I was done was a nap. Never disappointed.”

“Taco Tuesday is real real tasty , I love the pork and the shrimp tacos. the burgers are delicious , they cook them just the way you like them , onion rings yum yum , Thursdays is prime rib night … cooked to perfection, different sides to choose from , I always get the baked potatoe and the salad it comes with … is real good also , ya gotta try it. Oh I forgot Greg is a great bartender.”

“We are visiting from Colorado and staying in Greenwood lake area. We tried the burgers first number 12 and number 14 in both were amazing the next day we got the burgers again for lunch and then try the jerk chicken beans and rice in the sweet plantains dish and all were excellent. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for some good food and a great price”

“Sunrise Family Restaurant is hands down one of my favorite places to eat! I’ve been going there for a while now and it never disappoints. I like to call it a hidden treasure in the neighborhood. The minute you walk in, you feel like part of the family — the staff is so warm, welcoming, and truly wonderful. The menu is HUGE, the food is always delicious, and the prices are more than fair. If you’re looking for a new go-to spot, this is it! Do yourself a favor and stop in — you’ll feel right at home and leave with a full belly and a big smile!”

“I’ve gone to MexicanZingo many times before always love it but just went for lunch and it was so delicious I had to share! Everything is fresh and made to order. Best guacamole I’ve ever had from a restaurant and you can tell there is so much care that goes into preparing and making the food. I got my meal to go and the presentation was beautiful. Thank you for such a wonderful culinary experience!”

“A Great night at the Cove Castle last night. My girlfriend and I attended the History of Greenwood Lake event at the Cove and it was very enjoyable. Bob, Andrea, Chuck and the entire crew made the experience exceptional. The setting and view of the lake from the second floor dinning room was beautiful. The food was delicious and the presentation was excellent. Drinks were large and reasonably priced. In Bob's 5 years at the Cove Castle he has transformed the place into a fine place to dine, drink and enjoy top notch entertainment. Can't wait to return to "The place to go" on Greenwood Lake.”

“So today we visited the Dunkin in GWL and was greeted by Jonathan. This Gentleman was beyond Professional and even wished my daughter a Happy Birthday with a smile. It was truly heartfelt. The coffee was on point (very delicious) and the service was a 10.

“First time trying Noor Biryani after a neighbor recommended them. Ordered a Goat Kadai and Rosemary Garlic Naan, with a Banta Jeera lemon masala soda and a coconut kulfi ice cream. All I can say is fantastic. The portion is more than enough for a grown man, the prices are fair, and the flavor is just great. Tastes like home cooking. There's just a warmth and a heaviness to it, you can tell this is food someone feeds their own family with at home. Will definitely go back to try more off the menu. My fettuccine Bolognese was a detailed joy, yielding a world of varied delights in every bite. Even the radicchio and endive salad… one of those textured, flavorful events where you close your eyes and savor every each mouthful. I could go on and on… but I’m still busy savoring. Gorgeous setting, roomy comfort, delightful servers and employees… and the bank does not break. You’d pay 100 or 150% more in the city to even come close.”

“The best spot after a winter hike in Harriman. Got a fresh baked banana cream pie for the family and a black and white cookie. Such a wonderful assortment of items and staff was very friendly. My favorite was saying hi to the gentle giant Goliath who is the sweetest doggo. Will definitely be back!”
