This hidden gem is perfect, especially after a night of revelry! I highly recommend exploring the entire breakfast menu and indulging in their delicious smoothies. We stumbled on Karen’s Café on a weekend trip upstate from NYC, where we live. We were blown away by the delicious food. BEST BREAKFAST BURRITO EVER!!! The ingredients were fresh, flavorful, and made to perfection. The blueberry pancakes were divine. Karen made our food and gave us complimentary drinks. It has a homey small town family feel. We will definitely be back.
