I just ate at Caruso's for the first time and I had the Tony special chicken cutlet prosciutto fresh mozzarella with balsamic and I have to say it was one of the best heroes I've ever eaten. My compliments to owner Ralph and his staff putting out some great food. If you're ever in the Huntington area this is absolutely a must stop for some delicious and authentic Italian Fine Foods. I highly recommend.
Been here a thousand time ... Great food! Real people. Caruso's is my go to spot for exceptional Italian take out. They also have an excellent meat case - steaks, chicken, sausage, burgers ... Always happy with my selections. I always seem to get the grilled and/or breaded chicken cutlets (great) - sometimes a square of lazagna or eggplant parm, occasionally shrimp fra diavlo with a side of fra diavlo sauce and some spaghetti to cook at home. A ball of fresh mootz...
The food is excellent, and the folks are nice,
