Hamburg location is wonderful in terms of service and answering questions as is corporate. I came in solely to purchase 2 items I had a coupon for and to get an idea of what else they had to offer. Staff member who helped me was incredibly kind and when I asked him a question about the products he went and checked for me. Federal Meats worked with us on a custom order of shish kekebabs and side salads for our September 25th Bills-themed tailgate wedding. Both Tom and Pat from Federal Meats were very helpful in helping me plan the menu, budgeting and planning the amounts of food needed. This place is the best. I have gone there for 15+ years. They care about the meat they sell and they care about the customer. I am always greeted by my name when I go there.( by the veteran employees,new ones don't know me from the next guy). They do special orders and it is always exactly what I ordered and expected.
