We got takeout yesterday. It was delicious! I have been living in a place that does not have good Chinese food. I got the General Tao’s tofu. I make tofu and thought it was good. This was so much better. I could taste the orange in the sauce and seeing the pieces of ginger and garlic impressed me. Everything was top notch.
Take away only. Best Chinese in Hamburg, NY. Employees always courteous.
Ginger and Garlic is the best, near authentic Chinese food in western New york. I feel like it's better than PF Changs. General Tsos is their best dish, but all dishes are far superior to other takeout Chinese in the area.
