“This place frequently gets mislabeled as a “bar” despite no alcohol consumption occurring on premises. The reason for the jugs fame is due to their “jug dogs” the best hot dog in Upstate New York, probably. Handmade every morning by the owner, John, the jug dogs are an exquisite piece of modern American cuisine. I wish jug dogs were more affordable though.“
“Every time I have come to the top shelf it has always been a pleasant experience. Service is always great and they have an insane craft beer selection. They also have the best chicken wings on earth. I’m serious when I say they have the best wings I’ve ever had and I consider myself an aficionado. They are breaded, which in my own opinion makes them even better. This is all stuff I knew when I placed my order today, but I am writing this to rave about the burger special. Easily one of the best burgers I have ever had and the sauce was to die for! Mike puts his heart and soul into that business and you can tell. 6 out of 5 stars“

“Great service, so long as you are polite. Prices are average for a bar, $10 minimum for a card. They don't sell food but they welcome you to bring food from the nearby restaurants. Really a great bar for the area, and the service is fantastic.“
