John and Sue are true professionals. I had them cater my graduation party from nursing school. They made the best crawfish (mudbug) boil that would rival those from Louisiana. One of my friends, a true home-grown Baton Rouge boy, said it rivaled what he grew up with. Great food and great people. I highly recommend them for any event.
Highly recommend! When I requested individual servings for an outdoor party they came up with the most creative and tasty sandwiches, salads, mini pizzas, etc. I will definitely use this caterer again!

We had a delicious scallop dinner delivered to us by Bolzy's for their worldly Wednesday feature! We really enjoyed this dish and it was fun to have something new for dinner!
