I asked the girl who took my order for a cup of water for my toddler who likes to have her own cup. The girl surprised us instead with a fancy frozen drink and said she just wanted to do something special for us. Our day was totally made!
The best service happens in the early morning. Any other time they get the orders wrong and they are out of things all the time. I can't tell you how many time I ordered avocado toast with roasted tomato and gotten the avocado and bacon sandwich. The bacon is limp and tastes on the sandwich.

The only issue is the quality of what you're getting for what you pay. I got a large iced tea and the egg white omelet bites and they were just plain bad. I couldn't eat either of them.
