We often eat food from Main Moon in Hamilton, NY. We find it to be the best Chinese take-out food we've eaten. Our out-of-town guests enjoy sharing a take-out meal from there as well.
Shrimp with lobster sauce excellent! Chicken with Chinese vegetable also excellent and worth the trip!
A little pricey but tasted good overall.
