Disappointing with a large order (good food though) for our hospital staff unexpected but love their food and doctor had offered to treat us they acted upset to receive the business and on top of it when we picked up told us they added gratuity because of the largeness of the order and same day order. This was said in a manner so matter of fact and side note that it was received as because of us “being a bother”.

This used to be our work department favorite place to order food..
Last 2 times we have ordered (over 100$ orders each time) we where met with extreme rudeness..
As our orders are usually large, we try to order on line, one order we called in , no realizing we couldn’t call in order.. we where met with extreme rudeness and told not to call in orders .. as well as being told we where unable to order a make your own (Turkey cheese) sandwich. Just discovered the Eatery, have had 2 salads, SO good, best anywhere. Can't wait to go back and try more!
