Great food. Amazing customer service! we order weekly from Rusch's and always love it. Tonight, we got home and realized a piece of the order was missing. No big deal, it happens. We called to ask if it was accidentally left out and could we come grab it and they insisted on driving it over! Customer service like this doesn't exist anymore. I was so impressed. You guys are the best!
Hamilton, NY is lucky to have this restaurant. Privately owned for I dare say going on 13 years. It’s laid back fun atmosphere, for lunch with one or a group at the bar cheering on their favorite team. It’s a Cheers like place, that feels inviting and home like. This vibe is felt by locals and transients just the same. Rusch’s affordable menu hits the mark for a casual restaurant in downtown Hamilton.
