Ordered eggs and bacon burritos and got eggs and sausage. 1 of the service order takers was rude.
Yesterday I had, among other things, ordered a cold pumpkin spice latte. The good news is all of the 3 grandkid's orders were good! My Pumpkin spice however lacked pumpkin spice. I did not have time to go back to have it corrected as we were on our way to their hair appts. I did however call, where the manager kindly said I could come back and have a new one made after appts. I was too pooped after said 3 appts to do so, so I did call again and ask if I could come back today....read full review
Last time I got some dunkin doughnuts, they're food was always on point!! No mess ups!! With an exception of missing items in orders!! Smh!! 🙄🙄 some dopey people working who can't focus for crap!! Otherwise, the food is amazing!!

Dunkin' has friendly and professional staff, with one young gentleman at the Hamlin location standing out for his engaging service. The cashier was helpful and understanding when an order was duplicated, refusing a tip and providing a refund. However, some issues exist, such as stale donut holes ordered online, which were disappointing despite good customer service. Overall, the staff's kindness and professionalism make Dunkin' a preferred choice.
