“Yesterday I had, among other things, ordered a cold pumpkin spice latte. The good news is all of the 3 grandkid's orders were good! My Pumpkin spice however lacked pumpkin spice. I did not have time to go back to have it corrected as we were on our way to their hair appts. I did however call, where the manager kindly said I could come back and have a new one made after appts. I was too pooped after said 3 appts to do so, so I did call again and ask if I could come back today. Whoever had answered the phone said no problem and would pass it on. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is a small blip, no one knew what I was talking about at first today. In the end I had a delicious remake made by the manager. Mistakes happen and they were super busy when we were there yesterday morning. However the manager definitely should have wrote it down for people to see. No one should be expected to be there all the time to handle issues like this. It was a simple fix. I was thankful she was there and did remember the first phone call. No one gave her my message however of second call. Mistakes happen, as I said and in the end it was made right. I temporarily felt very foolish however almost like I was pulling a fast one. I do realize it was not intentional but better communication goes a long way towards better customer service. It was a delicious latte with pumpkin spice in it this time. The manager was very nice as were all the counter employees. Thank you for making it right.“

“While on my way to my Aunt's funeral I stopped and ordered coffee and water at the drive thru, only to realize that I left my wallet at home. The female team member who worked the drive thru was so kind and understanding. She gave me the coffee and water and said " Don't worry about it, you probably need this", and she was right, I did! I can't thank her enough. She made my day!“
