The filet was cooked medium to my liking and was perfect-tried it with the blue cheese butter on the side which gave it an incredible taste when I added it to melt on the steak. Paired with the Brussel sprouts and onion rings-so delish!! Well worth every cent! ?
They initially couldn't “find” our reservation but still accommodated anyway. Service was fantastic as well as the food. I can't believe I never knew this place existed. We'll definitely be back.

This steakhouse has become our indulgence the couple of times a year we make the drive here from Western Long Island. It is an absolute hidden gem. The food is always phenomenal and so are the drinks. The steak rubbed in seasoning, melts in your mouth to perfection. It is better than other known Long Island steakhouses, such as Tellers. We always come having made a reservation and the staff is always great as well. The restaurant has a cozy, romantic atmosphere, which is perfect for date night. We will be coming back many many more times.

Wednesday night hamburger specials. Good variety, quality of ground meat good, fries excellent. The burgers came out more medium well than medium rare, but the next time we'll just order it red.

Our waitress, Kathi, was great. Very attentive. Food was very good. They had two women singing with an acoustic guitar. When they started to set-up I wasn't happy because I was looking for quiet, but they were perfect. Beautiful voices and they kept it to background music. Great song selection as well. Would highly recommend !

I have one question for 1 North, WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU! Last year we came here and it was a a fantastic experience. Great food, great service and great wine. They had a wonderful collection of wines which now seem all gone, there is now a simple small menu of reds which is half made up of California Cabs. very boring.Last year we where here the streak was fabulous and the service was top notch. Last time the steak was cooked perfectly, this time my Medium Rare steak was very close to black and blue. The Short Rib pappardelle was a bowl of pasta with a pathetic amount of actual short rib in it, especially for a "special" dish. We had ordered drinks with desert which where completely forgotten about. The Mushroom soup had a SINGLE MUSHROOM in it and the rest where ground up.I am incredibly disappointed especially since our last visit was so wonderful, new owners? new Chef? I don't know but 1 North it seems is not what it once was. Just Another expensive Hamptons restaurant? It is a shame.More over I got the remainder of my steak to go, and the server left to two best things out of the to go box, the Brussel sprouts and the truffle demi, which I guess he was to lazy to put in a container? Seriously the place was dead and there was no reason to be in a rush to do anything.Not going back any time soon, such a shame.

My husband and I had dinner here on a Sunday night. It was a little on the later side, so the restaurant was not too busy. I have no complaints! The food was delicious and well portioned, our drinks were made with love, and the customer service was outstanding! The chef came out and personally delivered our food, which was a nice surprise!

What a gem this place is! I've been there twice, and the second time was even more amazing. From the live music (on Saturday) to the drinks, the savory appetizers, the great side selections, but the steak is such a center piece... we were a party of 9, and upon getting our dinner served, the entire table had a silent moment followed by "ummmm." Yes! That good! Close the night with a decadent dessert, and you will thank me!
We had a great dinner for 4 last night at 1 North. Three of us had the 10oz. filet mignon and one had the salmon entree. We each had a salad ( 3 house and one caesar). The various sides (roasted potatoes, French fries, broccoli and creamed spinach were all very good.) Our only recommendations would be to cut back on the soy sauce in the rice that accompanied the salmon entree and consider offering a smaller size steak option (10oz. filets and 18 oz. boneless ribeye are alot to handle for most people). We didn't feel rushed for dinner, which was very well paced. Our server, Lauren, did a great job.

We went for burger night. It was not crowded at all and our food took almost 2 hours to come out (4 burgers) which were over cooked and burnt. The waitress was extremely polite, took a burger off the bill but $175 for the time and lack of communication (saying food would be out soon, food was right behind her, a table that came in 45 minutes after us who had food didn't have burgers when they did, etc.) was absolutely horrendous. They claim to be a steakhouse but it looks like an old chilis. Don't go to this place. It was the worst experience I've had at a restaurant possibly ever. I'm like actually trying my best to come up with anything worse and I simply can't. Great way to spend thanksgiving eve!

Absolutely delicious every time!!!! From the cocktails to the bread, the main course and dessert, all were crafter to perfection. I truly enjoy sitting at the bar and watching the chefs make each masterpiece. Extremely well run and very delicious!
This was the best steak dinner we have had in a long time. Everything was spot on, the seasoning made everything delicious, the onion rings , sweet fries and asparagus were awesome! The desserts were delicious. I'm a fan of dirty martinis on the rocks when we go out. It was the best I have had. It was the olives that made this over the top. They were briney and so crisp , I could have had more, lol. My husband agreed after I let him taste one. Don't change the olives! Service was excellent too! Well done everyone!

Our go to place for a nice dinner in a pleasant atmosphere where the food is second to none and the staff is extremely friendly. Been going here for quite a few years now, since they opened, and never had a less than perfect meal.
