Centro Trattoria & Bar

My husband and I decided to try this restaurant for Valentine's Day and we were super impressed! Although it was a prefix menu, we felt the price was appropriate. We would definitely come back.

We had a delicious meal on New Year's Eve . They were extremely short staffed but did the best they could with staff on hand

Christmas Eve. The whole experience was bad. Understaffed, food quality poor, ambience (sitting under bright lights). Waiter was nice but overwhelmed. They just went from bad to worse as the night went on. Waited a long long time for food that was sub par. 3 hours! Will not be back.

I booked and it was closed. Not sure why Restaurant allow me to make a booking and then wasn't open.

Centro was incredible! service was very good, drinks were amazing & food was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend, perfect date night idea.

Our server was James and wow everything was top tier. Nick was also on the floor working and I have to say my boyfriend and I were impressed with the quality of service and the food was excellent.

I had high hopes as this was our first time back to restaurant post ownership. The quality of the food just is not good at all. I ca go down the list from uncooked previously frozen fluke topped with a gross amount of breadcrumbs. Same with bars clams. Chicken parm was like a rock and seems like chicken was not fresh at all. I could go on about the negatives. Positives. Cocktails were ok, friendly staff . We will not be coming back and hope you take these notes seriously . You will never make it if you don't get the food right. I have eaten at many local restaurants and have to say this is one of the worst. Good luck and wish success

My wife's salmon was dry and bland. Waitress asked a few times how meal was. We don't like returning meals. When she cleared table 90 percent of her dish was left and she asked if wanted to take home. We said no and she never questioned further

We went for Restaurant Week. The staff were courteous and friendly. The service was fast both in taking our order and when the food arrived at our table. The food was delicious with nice presentations.

Restaurant Week menu was just as good as the regular menu and the portions were just as big. We had a really great waitress, Colleen, who was thoroughly attentive, cheerful, and polite. Thursday night is music night and we loved the duo...piano and singer. Their classic repertoire was really dining music and we thoroughly listening to them. All in all our evening at Centro was great!

Pleasant surprise. First time visiting but will be going back, for sure. Wait staff attentive. Food delicious. Very upscale without the prices or pretentiousness!

Overhyped mess. So disappointed with my last experience. After reserving a standard reservation, they sat us in the “lounge” with no other guests. The hostess and maitre d dismissed our request to sit in a non crowded dining room. Even when we left, still NOT crowded. It wasn’t courteous, at all. My husband was weary about going back.. our first experience there we loved the food but location was off. Second experience solidified we won’t be back.

If I had to say one good thing- Colleen was absolutely phenomenal and turned our experience around, her service added smiles we needed. She should have been serving in the main dining room!!
