Overhyped mess. So disappointed with my last experience. After reserving a standard reservation, they sat us in the “lounge” with no other guests. The hostess and maitre d dismissed our request to sit in a non crowded dining room. Even when we left, still NOT crowded. It wasn’t courteous, at all. My husband was weary about going back.. our first experience there we loved the food but location was off. Second experience solidified we won’t be back.

If I had to say one good thing- Colleen was absolutely phenomenal and turned our experience around, her service added smiles we needed. She should have been serving in the main dining room!!

The watermelon sugar cocktail was to die for! The bartender Menas was awesome. Would recommend coming here again !

Centro 336...Every moment from start to finish was perfect. The owners are attentive and ensure that everyone is happy with their dining experience. They truly care about their clientele. The service was wonderful and I can't say enough about the food. Large portions of beautifully prepared , delicious food. We ate more than we should have but it was too good to resist. The menu offers a variety of options to accommodate everyone's taste. Some of the items we had were the watermelon salad, the baked clams, the wild mushroom pappardelle, the roasted chicken and the crispy parmesan potatoes. For dessert we indulged in tiramisu, mini cannolis and cheesecake. There wasn't a single item that disappointed. It was well worth the drive east to Hampton Bays! We look forward to returning there again soon!!

The food is always so delicious!!! From the appetizers to the main courses, and I must say the drinks were fantastic ! Our waitress was friendly and attentive Our entrées took a bit longer than they should have so the manager ended up buying us drinks and sending over a dessert on the house . We were all very pleased with our dinner!

The salmon and the Mediterranean salad were excellent. Service was excellent, got a little noisy toward the end of the meal . started the meal with avocado and spinach dip with pita bread. Very well done 

Wait staff was very pleasant although it took a while for them to come take our drink order at first. Food was good, not spectacular but good enough. Prices were a little high but it's the Hamptons and is to be expected I guess. Overall it was a nice evening.

Gorgeous room, fabulous food and great service!! Everything you want for a great dining experience!

First time at Centro. Best way to describe the food was love on a plate. The owner uses local farm ingredients and his grandmother’s recipes to give us all the experience that he has with his family. My husband and I loved every minute and morsel.
Live music was a lovely touch. Beautiful music but not so loud that it interfered with our conversation. Our waitress was also just wonderful. Highly recommend!

Delicious food and personable staff! The waiting time between each round was a little long though

We have eaten at Centro many times. Unfortunately this was a poor experience. The restaurant has plenty of staff but it seems like roles are not clear - the hostess nearly collided with waitstaff on the way to our table, and staff was running around all night without much direction. The restaurant was not too full when we arrived, but filled up as we sat there. The waitress was patient and took drink orders, coming back to list the specials etc. We were told we had to put in full order at the same time (not uncommon), so it took a while to get the appetizers and entrees settled and the order placed. Once we did, the appetizers arrived after about 20 minutes and were fine. We asked for more bread and eventually got some burned toast to finish the hummus and burrata. Our entrees never arrived. At one point the waitress said “the kitchen will say it's five minutes away, but they'll be lying.” Ninety minutes into the reservation we asked for the status, as people seated after us had already been served. Finally at the one hour and fifty minute mark we asked for the check. The waitress claimed the meal would be right out and would be complimentary. She also argued with us and said she'd only put our entree orders in thirty minutes ago (could be true, but the. Why insist that we place the full order at the beginning?). At that point we just wanted to leave, paid for our drinks and appetizers and called it a night. Very unfortunate. Clearly something is being mismanaged. The waitress seemed to be complaining about the kitchen so staff is not representing the restaurant's brand well.

Took an hour just got get our food. The server had said the food was being plated and then didn't come out for 30 more minutes. Chicken Milanese was good but chicken was room temp by the time we got it.

Poor experience. Terrible service, took an hour to get apps, over 2hrs to get food. Music was loud, breeze from the next room over was nuts. Toilet had overflowed. Overly priced.

You ran out of 3 entrees for a 7:30 pm reservation. Ridiculously bad for a Saturday night!
