Had apps and dinner served in 30 Minutes. Dirty plates still on table from Apps as they served dinner. Nobody at table had silverware. Rush job. Spoke to "manager'" who was more concerned if we wanted something for free. We told her we want nothing but good service. She never came back to the table. Won't be back

Went on Sunday during restaurant week. First I ordered a "fresh" ice tea...probably the worst (bad) tea I ever had. Service was very slow. 45 minutes for our first course to arrive then about another 35 minutes for the main course. My Chicken Parm was warm to cold and too browned. Not something I would come back for. My wife's Eggplant Parm was pretty good and hot. My daughter's meal was just ok. The hostess was aware of our issues and offered no compensation or comps. No real bargain even though it was restaurant week. Just too expensive for the quality and service received. There are much better dinning options on the forks for $!I doubt we'll be coming back.

Went for a birthday dinner with a group of 6. The service was A1. Very nice and helpful. The table was also a horseshoe shape that was nice for the group to interact.It was restaurant week. The food was good, above average. Nothing blew us away but it was good.I will go back.

was looking for a nice happy hour deal. Paid 10 dollars each for a full size order of ,eatballs, baked clams and a pizza, also 10 dollars each for dleicious cocktails. 50 bucks plus tax and tip and we had plenty of delicious food and were full. Deals like this these days are rare. The quality was great so we will definitely return for a full priced dinner to try some of the other food.

I eat at Centro many times during the spring and summer with my family of 4 I have never been disappointed, the food is always spot on. Being Italian we are food critics by nature. The services is always the best and they are very accommodating for my 6 and 8 year old daughters

This is one of my goto happy hour spots when I'm visiting friends in Hampton Bays! What the location lacks in ambiance (on route 27) it makes up for with interior style, great bar service, and a solid happy hour menu. Chicken parm sliders and pizza are great, and though not a happy hour option, mussels are worth the extra expense.
