They used to give you more food for the price used to taste really good now they show you more give you less portions and the taste is not the same. I will go back to the Chinese number one in watermelon where I pay less get more food and it taste good. I do not need a fancy looking place it a fool is not gonna taste good and the potions are too small.

Simply the best. This is our favorite restaurant not only because of the always fresh, delicious food with so many interesting dishes but the staff cannot be beat. Friendly, attentive customer service and reasonably priced. Out here in the Hamptons with its over-priced restaurants all offering the same dishes, Matsulin is a breath of fresh air.

The best Asian food in the Hamptons! The shrimp was very fresh, everything about this food spells quality! Really enjoyed it and would recommend for everyone to try it. They delivered to South Hampton Pines within 30 minutes which is a plus as it is unheard of in this area.

While the Royal Sushi Platter was quite delicious, I am really writing this review to commend this establishment on its customer service. My dad inadvertently ordered the wrong entre and the waiter immediately said no problem - and allowed him to re-order. This is probably not always the case at other restaurants do kudos to Matsulin! The food was very good though and reasonably priced. Parking is easy too in their back lot.

Food was just OK and definitely overpriced for what we received. They gave us a different shrimp dish from the one we ordered. $33.00 for a simple shrimp dish that was not all that great. It also came in a taro root basket that was not what we ordered. I doubt if we will ever return.

Every dish we ordered was EXCELLENT!There is something for every palate.The owner was very attentive to all guests.I highly recommend the calamari. Try it first before adding lemon or anything. It will easily stand on its own without anything.
