Good, old-fashioned home cooking had the shepherds pie just tasted something like a mother would make nice portion very reasonably priced highly recommend the food. My wife had a burger that reminded me of someplace I was when I was younger called the flame in Brooklyn. We were out in the West Hampton unfortunately for a memorial service which was down the block. I'm glad we found Buckley. We will return, just because we can and we love the food. Good luck with business guys.
Excellent food and service! My husband and son had NE clam chowder to start, and I had a huge tossed salad. I ordered the turkey reuben lunch special and oh MY, it was EXCELLENT. My husband had the Rachael (reuben with pastrami), and my son ordered the kid's penne. We also ordered sweet potato fries for the table, and the basket was GIGANTIC. We all had leftovers. I have chased authentic Irish eateries from Manhattan to Montauk. For eastern suffolk this feel is pretty authentic. Food is good and closest your get to authentic that far east. Service could be better. I've been there early with no rush and when they are busy and service is just slow and forgetful. I'd recommend mgmt consider bringing sessions to the environment.
