Excellent products, and great coffee (most of the time... SOME stores are grinding too fine, and brewing above 194°F making for more profits, but BITTER coffee!
Training also suffers A LOT, as way too often there are NEW employees working SOLO, that really have no clue how to do ANYTHING beyond pouring the coffee...

The young woman at the front was so great, seriously, my mom goes every day and we walked in and she had her order all ready, must have seen us pull in... being a former manager in the hospitality industry I really was impressed. You have someone special there. I hope the company recognizes it.
