If they make a mistake or have you waiting too long they give you a courtesy ticket for either a new meal or free medium fry etc...very nice staff and they keep the building clean. 8/10 recommend and for a mcdonalds that's pretty darn good ?? ?? only issue was my daughter wanted a McCurry and they said their ice cream machine was not working and didnt offer an alternative or anything for her. That was the only thing dissapointing
Order taker unable to understand order. Had to go over it several times and they still got it wrong. So aggregating, never again. PS: the food was cold and not very good, frys dry and tastless.

This by far the nicest McDonald's I have been to in a long time. Staff is super friendly and efficient. Bathroom was spotless. And the food was, well it's McDonald's so the food is the same wherever you go. So glad they still have soft cozy seating unlike most others changing to cold hard seats that aren't inviting. Thankyou Hamptons.
