Frank the manger on shift is completely useless. Needed to add to my order because I forgot my son’s hamburger. was told by frank the manager I could not because I exceeded my limit of orders per car. So now I have to go else where to eat. Key word is eat else where which we will be doing for now on. Get domino’s it is locally family owned and they don’t disrespect there customers like frank

Worse ever experience ,manager took my order was rushing so much that made a lot of mistakes ughhhhhhh SMH,. I ASKED FOR EXTRA RAW ONIONS. AND GAVE ME .75 CENTS. MORE EXPENSIVE ONE ,. I TOLD HER THAT SHE GAVE ME THE WRONG ONIONS AND SHE OFFER TO TAKE BACK THE GRILL AND GIVE ME THE RAW BUT DIDN'T OFFER TO AJUST THE PRICE ALWAYS IN A RUSH,. I ASKED FOR MUFFIN SHE GAVE ME BAGELS NEVER APOLOGIES, NEVER SAID SORRY,.. DIDN'T EVEN TRIED TO HELP. WOW WORSE MANAGER EVER!!! I don't eat BAGELS so had to throw them out.

This by far the nicest McDonald's I have been to in a long time. Staff is super friendly and efficient. Bathroom was spotless. And the food was, well it's McDonald's so the food is the same wherever you go. So glad they still have soft cozy seating unlike most others changing to cold hard seats that aren't inviting. Thankyou Hamptons.
If they make a mistake or have you waiting too long they give you a courtesy ticket for either a new meal or free medium fry etc...very nice staff and they keep the building clean. 8/10 recommend and for a mcdonalds that's pretty darn good ?? ?? only issue was my daughter wanted a McCurry and they said their ice cream machine was not working and didnt offer an alternative or anything for her. That was the only thing dissapointing
