However, in the Southampton location, I don't like how they only have 2 people in the front and each time I go the counter person isn't there because she either getting donuts or ice. Then the cook has to step in and do both jobs. That's no right. Why can the owner be there in the mornings? The want is always long due to this. I'm saying,everytime,same issue.“

“I was experiencing issues with my app and couldn’t place an order for a small order of munchkins. Thinking I can just order in store I found out i couldn’t and that it was an online only thing. The manager came out and she gave me th small order for free for my troubles and kindly explained the reason why the cashier couldn’t take the order. She had made my day unknowingly as I was having a tough morning. She is reason why I would continue to go to that dunkin! She went above and beyond! Thank you“
